The Service provided by the Application and all information you provide in order to use the Service is subject to this Privacy Policy and Socialeyes’ Terms of Service. By using this Application you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and acknowledge that your Content (images, graphics, comments, photos, locations etc. and any materials you share) post and made available on and/or via the Service can be seen and/or shared by other users. Please note that we (Socialeyes) place the utmost importance on your privacy and care highly about your contentment when using the Service. This Privacy Policy applies to users and to all who access the Service.

Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide: When you download the Application and provide personal information such as your e-mail address and your name, in order to use the Service through the profile you set up and/or when you update your profile with new information, you give your express consent to Socialeyes to keep and use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Also when you log into the Service with your Facebook account Socialeyes will have access to information which you have provided for Facebook. Please note that Socialeyes will use all and any information mentioned above in order to improve your use of the Service, personalize your Content and to inform you regarding updates, promotions and etc. Your password which you created in order to use the Service will be kept encrypted by Socialeyes solely for retrieval purposes, meaning that your password will not be exposed to us or disclosed to other users or to any third-parties. Automatically Collected Non-Identifiable Information: Socialeyes automatically collects information including but not limited to; your location, your IP address and your requested pages and records this passively collected information in its server log through various technologies (e.g. cookies) when you use the Service. Socialeyes may use Flurry analytics, Appsee analytics and/or Google analytics tool in order to develop and analyze use of the Service. Please note that the above mentioned information, which is collected and stored through various technologies cannot be used to identify you or a particular user and therefore will be treated as Non-Identifiable Information by Socialeyes unless otherwise is required by the applicable legislation. The purpose of collecting this information is to monitor and keep track of; the number of users of our Service, how often and for what purposes the Service is used and the interactions of our users. This data will also be used by Socialeyes for research and survey purposes on anonymized basis in order to comprehend; user behaviors and demands, to be able to improve the Service. Additionally we, in our sole discretion, have the right to access and share your information or any data that belongs to you or any other user in order to prevent, respond to, or detect any illegal activities or in cases where we believe it is required to prevent bodily harm or death or to protect you and our users. Your Choices: You may choose not to submit any or some of your information through the Service, in such cases bear in mind that you may not be able to use some features or in accordance with the nature of the information you decline to submit, any feature of the Service. In addition; you may determine the publicity of your profile data and interactions, by extension choose who gets to see your Content through the “Settings”. Please do not use Socialeyes or discontinue using it by, deleting your account and uninstalling the Application if you do not agree with this Privacy Policy and Socialeyes Terms of Service. Please note that any Content that you made publicly available on and through the Service including but not limited to ; status updates, images, graphics, musical works, videos, locations, comments will be considered as non-confidential information therefore will not be subject to this Privacy Policy and Socialeyes will be entitled to disclose, share and distribute such information without being subject to any violation of this Privacy Policy and without any limitation and/or any prior notice to its users. Location Services Notice: One of the main features of Socialeyes includes providing information to the users about other users of the Service nearby regarding their location. Please note that through this feature, the location of other users of the Service as well as their name, photos, status and other content may appear and displayed on your profile when you access the Service or on your mobile device. Your location and Content which you have made available will be subject to the same application for other users provided that you choose otherwise through “Settings”. Please take notice that in such cases your location and Content will be exposed to other users and note that this information may be used by, shared with and/or disclosed to third party individuals or entities that Socialeyes has no control over. Accordingly, Socialeyes will not be liable towards you for use, abuse and/or misuse of the above mentioned information by other users in such cases.

Any links to other websites and/or applications that Socialeyes does not control or operate included within the Service will not be subject to this Privacy Policy. The links from the Service to these websites and/or applications do not imply that we endorse or have any information with regards to their content and/or their policies.

Change of Control

In cases of; transactions such as a corporate sale, merger, acquisition, reorganization or bankruptcy and liquidation which will lead to the sale and/or transfer of Socialeyes or its assets to a third party organization or entity and even if your Content and information are among the sold or transferred assets, the third party that acquires Socialeyes or these assets will be obliged to comply with our commitments with regards to our Privacy Policy without prejudice to your possession of your Content.

Changes to Socialeyes Privacy Policy

Socialeyes may revise, modify and/or alter this Privacy Policy and/or its provision anytime at its own convenience. These updates will be reflected by changing the “effective date” above. We advise you to read this Privacy Policy whenever you access the Service forasmuch as your continued use of the Service will stand for your agreement to the amended Privacy Policy and any revised provision within.
